Dennis Vineyards consists of 44.72 acres, including 11.94 acres of active grape vines. The vineyard has 17,328 square feet of improvements including the following: 1) A 5,061 square foot event facility that is used for weddings, receptions, corporate events, family reunions, etc.; 2) A 3,051 square foot tasting room/gift shop; and 3) 9,216 square feet of winery production space. Dennis Vineyards is centrally located in the Piedmont of NC serving the Albemarle, Charlotte, Greensboro, Kannapolis, Concord, and other neighboring markets. The winery was founded in 1997 by the Dennis family and today produces a broad range of wines.
